B. B. King (born on September 16, 1925) is a blues guitarist and singer-songwriter. Considered by many as one of the guitar greats and Rolling Stones magazine have named him the 3rd greatest guitarist in the top 100 list.

Etta Baker was a Piedmont blues guitarist and singer. Etta Baker player 6-string, 12-string acoustic guitars as well as the five string banjo. She started playing guitar at the age of 3 years and continued to play for 90 years. She died in 2006 at the age of 93 whilst visiting her daughter in Fairfax, Virginia. Etta Baker first recording was in 1956 when she met folk singer Paul Clayton with her father while visint Cone Mansion in Blowing Rock, North Carolina. Clayton was impressed with Etta Baker's signature "One Dime Blues" and the following day recording this and several other songs. Etta Baker had nine children. |
